Our Story

Narell experienced the health benefits of beans but struggled to incorporate them into her daily routine after moving to the US. This prompted her to find simpler ways to enjoy them.

Noticing limited and overly processed plant-based protein options for breakfast, Narell wondered: How can I incorporate beans for breakfast? How about pancakes?

AJ joined in, improved his athletic performance while eating more beans, and together they are on a mission to make beans a breakfast staple.
