Great flavor and texture

I recently tried Full of Bean’s fava bean waffle mix, and loved it! The mix is easy to prepare and the waffles come out perfect. I like that its plant-based protein and gluten-free, making it a great and needed option for dietary restrictions without sacrificing taste.

I was SO happy to finally find a product that wasn’t an egg or protein shake for breakfast AND was gluten free AND packed with plant protein! Jackpot!!! Where has this been all my breakfast life?? The texture and consistency are great, and they pair well with fruit or chocolate chips. You literally can’t go wrong! So thankful to have another protein filled option in the breakfast rotation.

I like it made with milk.

These are the only pancakes that leave me feeling satisfied. I love mixing in an egg and some blueberries for a nutritious treat. Once I had Full of Beans Pancakes, no other pancakes have been worth eating.

This product is my absolute favorite. I always need FOB pancake mix in my kitchen. It is so delicious and simple to make with good ingredients that I don't mind indulging in. Breakfast is better with a FOB pancake!!

As a vegan these are the best! Super easy to make, lots of protein, and great with chocolate chips and a bit of maple syrup!

I've now made pancakes with the mix twice so far — once with water, and once with a plant-based milk. Both times, it cooked perfectly and was delicious! So happy to have a bean-based healthy vegan breakfast (or any time) option. I look forward to trying some of the non-pancake recipes using the mix. I read about this company in the Cornell ag newsletter and was intrigued so I decided to give this mix a try. I’m glad I did! These are really good and take no time to prep and cook. They would definitely go with just about anything. My only suggestion would be to make the directions on the package in a bigger font. I needed to get a magnifying glass out!

I don't usually write reviews, but this pancake mix definitely deserves one. It's incredibly easy to make and its made with clean, healthy ingredients. It has become my go-to solution when I need to get some protein in my body before or after a workout.

We double the recipe and use soy milk when making the pancakes. They make the perfect size circular pancakes. Both my husband and I love the flavor. It has a sweetness to it but not over powering. I make a large batch on Sundays to keep in the fridge and heat up for breakfast during the week. I only add a pat of vegan butter while I reheat them in the microwave. This is The Best pancake mix! (We have tried several!!)

I have been searching for a more nutritious way to enjoy my guilty breakfast pleasure: pancakes! These are fantastic and exactly what I've been searching for. I am very conscious of my macros and these help me keep my diet in check. As an avid weight lifter, I LOVE the protein content of these!
