South American Buñuelos with a Healthy Twist: A Full of Beans Recipe

#### Ingredients:

- 70g Full of Beans pancake and waffle mix

- 50g ripe banana (guineo)

- 5g baking powder

- 5ml olive oil

- Sugar (to taste)

- Cinnamon (to taste)


#### Instructions:

  1. **Prepare the Banana:** In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until it forms a smooth purée. This natural sweetener adds a rich flavor and moist texture to your buñuelos.
  1. **Mix the Ingredients:** Add the Full of Beans pancake and waffle mix and baking powder to the banana purée. Mix well until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous dough.
  1. **Form the Buñuelos:** Shape the dough into small, even-sized balls. This ensures they cook evenly and maintain their delightful texture.
  1. **Air Fry the Buñuelos:** Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the buñuelos in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, or until they are golden brown and perfectly cooked through.
  1. **Prepare the Coating:** In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon to your taste. This classic coating adds the perfect sweet and spicy touch to your buñuelos.
  1. **Coat the Buñuelos:** Once the buñuelos are done, brush them lightly with olive oil. Roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture until they are evenly coated.
  1. **Serve and Enjoy:** Your buñuelos are now ready to be enjoyed! Serve them warm for the best flavor and texture.
